Anxiety Relief
Anxiety, stress can be something we experience.
Today I’m showing you how to relieves it.
1. Press Du 20. At the vertex, meeting the point when you draw the lines from top of ear and tip of nose. Press with your fingers firmly for 2-3 minutes. DU20 calms the mind, clears liver wind and subdues liver yang.
2. Press PC 6. It is located three finger breadths below the wrist on the inner forearm between the two tendons. Press with one finger tip for 2-3 minutes; press in both hands. PC 6 clears heat and loosens the chest and rectifies qi; and calms the mind.
3. Massage HT7. It is at the wrist crease, on the pinky side. Use two or three fingers with clockwise circular motion and massage 2-3 minutes when necessary or you can do this daily. Do it on both hands. HT7 calms the mind, reduces anxiety, stress, panic, fear or any emotional issues.
4. Massage KI 1. It is located on the sole, in the depression when the foot is in plantar flexion. Massage with 1-3 fingers or press firmly and hold for 2-3 minutes. KI 1 balances kidney yin, reduces anxiety, reduces fear and manic behavior. Do it on both feet.
