Neck Pain Relief

Have you ever awakened with neck pain or a stiff neck, making you feel uncomfortable and you don’t know what to do?  Maybe you want to try this

.: 1:Massage Luo Zhen.  The point is found on the back of the hand between the two bones in the depression just past the knuckles of the pointer and middle finger.  Massage the point on the opposite side of the pain you are feeling.  For example, if the right side of your neck is stiff or painful, massage the point on your left hand. Massage gently and firmly with small circular motions.  At the same time, while you hold the pressure, exercise your neck by rotating your head side to side. Do this 3-5 minutes.  You should notice an increase in range of motion and a decrease in pain.

2:Massage SI 3.  When a loose fist is made, the point is at bottom of the pinky finger, at the crease where white and dark skin meet. Use your other index finger, press gently and firmly on the point for 3-5 minutes on both hands. 

Drink warm water or ginger tea after.
