Hou Po regulates Qi downward to resolve chest fullness, dries dampness and transforms phlegm. Zhi Shi breaks up Qi stagnation and removes food retention and abdominal distention.

Alcohol Sensitivity or Breastfeeding: Place drops in 1 oz of warm water for 5–10 minutes to allow alcohol to evaporate before consuming.
