Cancellation Policy
All missed appointments or cancellations notices given less than 48 hours prior to treatment are subject to full payment.
The office maintains a 48 hour cancellation policy. Example: Your appointment is for 1pm Monday, you must cancel by 1pm Saturday to avoid full payment.
Payments are due in full when booking. If you need to cancel and do so before 48 hours, you will receive a full refund. Thank you
