Reproductive

You read about a cold reproductive system from my post yesterday.” In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cold reproductive system is the root cause of many women’s diseases, such as irregular menstrual cycle, amenorrhea, painful menstruation, ovarian cysts, pcos, endometriosis,  tumors in these areas, irregular discharges, hormonal imbalance and infertility. “

I will show you today how to warm your reproductive system with these simple exercises.

1. Butterfly stretches: put your feet together and move your knees up and down for 10 minutes daily. This exercise strengthens the liver meridian which is responsible for the maintenance of the circulation of qi, blood, and body fluid, as well as the reproductive function. This exercise also activates the Baliao points on the sacrum. It will increase Qi and blood to the reproductive system thus warming the system at the same time.

2. Massage the Ren channel which is in the center front of the body as you can see in the picture on the middle left. Gently massage with downward action 200 times daily.  This will warm the channel and the reproductive system and also improve digestion.  You can do this after you eat but make sure you rub it gently.

3. Massage belt vessel which binds together all of the meridians.  A healthy belt vessel can maintain healthy Qi flow in all meridians.  Start by putting both hands on each side of the waist and squeeze 200 times daily. In addition to  warming the reproductive system this can also help you lose weight. (Check my previous post on what is belt vessel.)

4. Massage lower abdomen, place left hand over right hand, with clockwise circular motion, massage 10 minutes daily. You will be massage CV 4,  it is a crossing point for the Liver, Kidney and Spleen channels CV 4 can treat menstrual disorders, urinary disorders, sexual dysfunction, menopause symptoms, and intestinal digestive disorders. Cv3 helps irregular menstruation, metrorrhagia, leukorrhea, prolapse of the uterus, infertility, resolves dampness. You can do this one before bed time. *drink ginger tea after.
