Natural Face Lift

Want to have a natural face lift? Tone or rejuvenate your skin? Or even energize the whole body? .

Here’s how to do it:

On a clean and moistened face, using the tips of both index fingers, gently and  firmly press with a slight upward motion, pause on each point for 1 second. Start from the top of the head and continue towards the neck and shoulders.

Do this 5 times or do this once by holding each point for 5 seconds. 

Drink warm water or ginger tea after. Repeat this daily.
