Beautiful Hair

Everybody wants to have beautiful and healthy hair. This is something you can do to help. Try to do it 1-2 times daily. Be consistent, this will nourish your hair, help your hair to stay stronger, with less hair loss.

First, press or tap Du 20, ( see bottom left picture) located at the midline with the top of the ears and nose. It is the best point to raise the whole body’s Qi and improve circulation to the head and body.  Simply press or tap for 3-5 minutes, 1-2 times daily.

Second, press on Gb 20, ( see top right video for the points)which is in the back of the head at the junction of the occipital and nuchal regions. This is a great point to remove wind harmonize Qi and blood, improve circulation of the head. It should feel a little tender to you.  Press firmly with your thumbs for 30 seconds and release.  Repeat 10-20 times.

Third, press on Du 16 (see top right video for the point) at the top of the neck in the large hole below the skull.  It extinguishes Inner Wind, expels Exterior Wind, nourishes the skull and brain, improves circulation and calms the mind. Press firmly with your thumbs for 30 seconds and release.  Repeat 10-20 times.

Fourth, massage Tai Yang ( see bottom right picture) in the depression posterior to the midpoint between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer conner of the eye. This will eliminate Wind and blockage of the head, promote healthy growth of hair. Massage in a circular motion for 30 seconds and release.  Repeat 10-20 times on both sides.
