*Breathe & Block is an anti-virus, anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory oil blend to block pathogens and open up sinuses.
This concentrated blend is made to apply topically by the nose (see below for directions), it is for the prevention and treatment of nose infections, viruses, allergies, sneezing, itching, congestion, watery eyes.
Breathe & Block helps rhinitis, sinus congestion, allergies, congestion, colds, viruses, sneezing, runny nose due to unclear air or allergies, watery, itchy eyes and blocked nasal pathways.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, grapeseed oil, sesame oil, hemp oil, jojoba oil, peppermint oil, ginger oil*, xanthium (cang er zi 苍耳子) oil*, small centipeda herb oil (e bu shi cao 鹅不食草)*, argy wormwood (ai cao 艾草) oil*, dahurian angelica root (白芷 bai zhi) oil*

Directions: Rub 1-2 drop into each nostril, and at both sides of nose where acupuncture point Large Intestine 20 (LI-20) is located, rub up and down along LI 20 for a few seconds for 2-3 times a day or as needed.
