Hawthorn Tonic
*The therapeutic actions of hawthorn fruit manifest in the Spleen, Stomach and Liver meridians but greatly help the Heart because of their ability to circulate Blood and Qi through the Liver. When the Liver is healthy, the Heart is healthy, too.
*Hawthorn acts like a prebiotic when ingested which feed healthy gut bacteria in order to maintain healthy digestion. They are also a great source of fiber which helps normal bowel movements. The nature of this berry helps indigestion when having overeaten heavy foods like meat and greasy types of meals. Also helps irregular heart beat.

Ingredients:
Wild crafted Hawthorn Berries, Organic cane alcohol
Directions:
Take it twice daily. Take 5 drops under the tongue or in 1 oz. of hot water after meal.
For those not wanting to consume alcohol, it can be poured into a hot liquid like tea or hot water for 5 minutes to evaporate the alcohol before consuming.
To help children with indigestion or increases their appetite use 2-3 drops in 1 oz of warm water or juice, wait 5-10 min to evaporate alcohol, or put 2-3 drops in a teaspoon and wait 5-10 before consuming.

Hawthorn berry may even prevent hair loss and is a common ingredient in commercial hair growth products.

If you are taking other prescribed medications, be sure to separate the sequence by one hour. Take this one hour before or one hour after other medications.
