*When dried, the black mulberry fruit or hay sang shen zi, 黑桑堪, is categorized under herbs that tonify Blood. Ingredients:
Wildcrafted black mulberry fruit, Organic cane alcohol
Directions:
5 drops twice daily in between meals on an empty Stomach
For those not wanting to consume alcohol, place drops on a teaspoon or into 1⁄2 oz warm liquid (tea or water) for 5-10 min to evaporate the alcohol before consuming.
Contraindications:
Mulberries should be limited or avoided by those who suffer from diarrhea due to Spleen deficiency (weak digestion). If you are pregnant or nursing please consult with your physician before taking this.
