*Panax Notsoginseng "Cure All" Adaptogen. Considered by many to be the most potent adaptogen.
Prevention and treatment of ischemic diseases; anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic; reduces oxidative stress; inhibits amino acid excitotoxicity, protects mitochondria, repairs the blood-brain barrier; regenerates cells
Directions: Begin with 5 drops orally or in 1 oz. of water twice daily, after meals. You can increase to 20 drops ( 1/2 dropper) 1-4 times daily as needed.
Contraindications: Pregnant women and women in menstruation should not take notoginseng, or should be directed by a health care professional. Children should use with caution, directed by a health care professional.
Expiration date: 6 years
If you are taking other prescribed medications, be sure to separate the sequence by one hour. Take this one hour before or one hour after other medications.
