How to use for tea: boil 1/4-1/2 tsp in 8 oz of water, strain, serve and enjoy!
For cooking and smoothies: add according to your taste and enjoy!

Not recommended for use during pregnancy, if you are on blood thinner medication. If you experience hot flashes, use less than the recommended dose.
