*Vitality helps the functioning of the Stomach and Lung organ systems. In TCM and according to the Five Element Framework, each organ has what is compared to a mother and child relationship. A mother provides energy to fortify the growth and health of her child. The Spleen/Stomach are the mother organs for the Lung. For Lung function to be optimal, the Stomach and Spleen have to be healthy in order to adequately support and nurture their child, the Lung system! This is why Vitality can create a balance not only in the Stomach and Spleen, but the Lung, too.
Directions:
Take 5 drops - ½ dropper orally or in ½-1oz of warm water 40 min after meal, or in between meals, twice daily.
For children, pregnant women, and those not wanting to consume alcohol, place drops on a teaspoon or into ½ oz warm liquid (tea or water) for 5-10 min to evaporate the alcohol before consuming.
Children use 1/4 to 1/3 of the adult dose

Vitality is composed of the following wild crafted herbs that work together as a well-balanced formula, that’s not invasive; that’s why it's "gentle" on your organs. Non GMO, wild crafted herbs, organic alcohol, no sugar or preservatives added.
Ren Shen: Radix Ginseng is the monarch of this formula. It tonifies vital Qi (life force), strengthens Spleen function which is the most important organ to acquire Qi.
Bai Zhu: Atractylodes Macrocephala is the minister to assist Ren Shen to tonify the spleen and remove dampness.
Fu Ling, Ban Xia, and Chen Pi: improve the function of the Spleen to increase the excretion of dampness.
Gan Cao: Honey Fried Licorice Root acts as a harmonizer to balance functions of other herbs.

If you are taking other prescribed medications, be sure to separate the sequence by one hour. Take this one hour before or one hour after other medications.
