Fatigue Rescue

Have you ever felt fatigue, tired and exhausted? Give this a try; you can do this whenever needed or you can do this 3 times a week for maintenance. .

Scalp tapping: Use all tips of your fingers gently tapping all over your head.  Start by tapping the top of your head then the sides and back and top again for 3-5 minutes. This will stimulate the meridians passing through the scalp, and increase Qi and blood to the body.

Massage 三焦, Sanjiao, which are in the middle section of the body, also called the triple burner, that includes the upper, middle and lower burner. By massaging this area it will increase the body’s Qi and blood. For women, put the left hand over the right hand and massage in a clockwise circular motion, making sure to go up above the chest bone area and below the lower abdomen. Do this for 3-5 min. For men, put the right hand over the left hand.

Massage Ki 7, on the anterior border of the Achilles tendon about 2”above the depression next to the ankle bone. This point can increase Kidney Yang and remove dampness from the body.  Use one or two fingers and massage firmly with back and forth strokes for 3-5 minutes . Do this on both feet.

Drink warm/hot ginger tea after.
